The Bellefontaine Malbec is from the reaches of the of the Pyrenees in the Languedoc region of France. It is made with 100% Malbec grapes and is fermented on its own in stainless steel for maximum red and black fruit flavours. Bright blueberry fruit develops to reveal an intriguing bitter-sweet character of blackcurrant leaf. Fine red fruits fill the palate; with raspberries and a touch of dark chocolate on the finish. 
 
The Sierra Grande Merlot is a juicy and fresh Merlot from the Valle Central Region of Chile. It is made with 100% Merlot grapes and is a really easy drinking Merlot with aromas of plums and cherries mixed with peppery spice and a touch of tobacco leaf. The palate is juicy and fresh with soft red fruits and a hint of green pepper. 
 
The Shiraz vines selected for the Pasquiers Shiraz are in the south west of the Languedoc region of France. Terroir is ideal, combining a dry and very sunny Mediterranean climate with silty / sandy soils, so that the vines dig deep for their nutrients and produce high quality grapes. This is a fantastically approachable Shiraz with enticing aromas of juicy cherry, plum and blackberry. The palate is succulent and spicy with mouthfuls of lush, ripe berry fruit flavours with a touch of coffee and spice.
