Our Delivery Service

Our aim is that all orders placed by 3pm will be delivered on the very next working day (where "working day" means Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

This delivery speed applies to the majority of UK addresses, however harder to reach areas such as the Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland may take a day or two longer. Also at peak times when couriers are very busy, deliveries can sometimes take a day longer.

We use reputable, trusted couriers that have been selected by us due to their careful handling and reliability - at the time of writing we are using Royal Mail Tracked 24 for all of our deliveries.

Of course we are occasionally let down by our couriers, but we measure our reliability and generally track at around 98% next working day delivery.
