Our Delivery Service

We use Royal Mail to deliver all of our orders. We chose them for their careful handling, superior coverage and market leading reliability.

 

Our aim is that all orders placed by 3pm will be delivered the next working day.

 

"Working day" generally means Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. However as we use Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service for all of our orders, we find that their next day delivery promise usually includes delivering on Saturdays and sometimes also Sundays, at no extra cost.

This next day delivery speed applies to the majority of UK addresses. However harder to reach areas such as the Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland may take a day or two longer. Also at peak times when couriers are very busy, deliveries can sometimes take a day longer.​

Of course we are occasionally let down by our couriers, but we measure our reliability and generally track at around 99% next day delivery.
