How can I pay?

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. If you wish to pay via card, then just press the grey "Checkout" button when you are ready to pay. You'll be guided to a form where you can enter your shipping and payment details. Our payment processing provider is Stripe, who are one of the leading and most trusted payment processing companies in the word, and are renowned for their speedy and secure payment processing. If you would prefer to pay via PayPal then press "PayPal Checkout". Remember to enter a different shipping address if applicable.

What is your returns / refund policy?

As all of our gifts contain food and drink items, they are not returnable.

If however there is anything wrong with your order, for example you have been sent the wrong items, there is some damage to your order, or your order is lost in transit, then we will of course endeavour to put this right as soon as is humanly possible, either by a full or partial replacement of the products affected, or offering a full or partial refund. Any problems should be notified to us via email within 24 hours of receipt of your order, and we will aim to provide a response with our proposed resolution within 24 hours of receipt of your email.

 

Our primary course of action will always be to replace incorrect, damaged or lost items. We appreciate that our products are being bought as gifts and that time is of the essence, therefore replacement products will be shipped out to you or your recipient on a next working day shipping service on either the same working day as we receive your email (if at all possible) or on the very next working day.

If it is not practical or possible to solve problems via replacement or products, a full or partial refund may be deemed appropriate. If this is the case, your refund will be issued by us as soon as this is decided upon as the appropriate and agreed course of action. We will not unnecessarily hold onto customer payments, but please appreciate that sometimes problems require some investigation to establish the cause of the problem, particularly when items are delayed in transit, and we need to communicate with our couriers to establish the location and status of your order.

Please note that depending on your method of payment and your particular card issuer, payments can take a few days to arrive back into your account.

What about allergens?

On the detail page of every item you'll find the allergen details that you need to be aware of.

However please also check the labels when the item arrives, as manufacturer's can change recipes without giving us notice.
